Q) How can I recover my password?

A) Just click on RECOVER PASSWORD: you will receive an email which will send you directly to your profile where you will be able to change your password.

We offer discounts for larger orders, please contact us for more information.

 

Q) How do we deliver?
All our international and European shipments are made by using DHL Express or Economy.
Once your payment has been confirmed delivery can be expected within 1-2 business days within Italy and 1-6 business days within the rest of Europe. Depending on your purchase amount it could take a few days longer. All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Italy.
All the original tags are included, NO defects are on any of your items and all additional accessories are included.

 

Q) How do we deal with customs (Outside of EU)?
Since each country has different customs regulations we can provide documentation upon request. Although customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from Fedex or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. If you have any questions about how your shipment can be solved please email or call us.

 

Q) Can I view stock before purchasing?
A) You are more than welcome to view your stock in person. We do ask that you book an appointment before visiting our warehouse and before making a decision.
We are open Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday please email or call before.
Feel free to give us a call if you need any help or guidance on how to travel to our warehouse.

 

Q) Is the VAT included in the price?
A.) Yes all price that you see inside our website is inclusive VAT both within & outside EU

 

Q) Are your products authentic?
A) All products purchased from us are authentic. We can provide you full detailed invoice confirming exactly what you have purchased with all our details present for your records. If needed we can write up a agreement contract between the two parties
Since we only deal directly with each brand we can 100% gurantee that all our stocks are authentic. We never deal with outside dealers and agents.

 

Q) How often does your stock/website get updated?
A) On a weekly basis, so keep an eye on the stock to get updated. There is a latest stock page. The best way to keep informed of our stock coming in or not yet on the website is to join our mailing list. All you do is put your name and email address in and we send one or two emails maximum per month with full details of upcoming stock.
